I didn't buy countertops from Designer Kitchen and Baths but they were very helpful and provided me with a company that could repair my problem. I purchased granite countertops from Lowe's and the wrong color was delivered. It's been a month waiting for the correct color to be ordered and installed so I wanted to use another company. Even though Erin could have a sale, he was kind enough to suggest that I use another company to repair the overhand on all the cabinet tops. This is above and beyond great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Designer Kitchens and Baths completely updated our bathroom, finishing in October 2019. Barbara was extremely helpful with the new design and colors, including cabinets, tiles, and shower. Aaron oversaw the project and was always responsive to our calls. We were impressed by the remodeling team's quality of work and attention to detail. The overall project came in slightly under budget and we were pleased with the result. Next: our kitchen.

We used Designer Kitchen and Bath for two main renovations. The first one was a total remodel of our 20 year old kitchen and master bath. We were looking for a one-stop shop where the designer had his/her own crews. We weren't interested in being our own general contractor. Barb at Designer Kitchen and Bath was just the ticket. From the initial visit to the final walk through, she and Aaron Vry, her general manager, were great. Barb met with us, listened to what we had in mind, then went to work. She was great with suggestions but wasn't pushy with them, although I think we went ahead with just about everything she suggested. We went to a variety of granite and tile places that she suggested and met us there to help us with the process. It helps sometimes to have someone who can "speak their language" when it comes to vendors, especially if the stuff is outside your wheelhouse. The remodel on both areas was a gut job down to the studs. Her construction crews were very knowledgeable and their experience helped make the end product more user friendly. Our second big job with them was a year later. It was a remodel on two other full baths plus a new tile floor throughout the house. We had a leak in the wall of the guest bathroom that caused a lot of damage including mold. We had to have the walls striped to the studs and the floor striped to the sub floor to get to all of the mold. Once we had a company abate the mold, we called on Barbara again to help with the design. The second master bathroom was the only one left that wasn't redone so we decided to go ahead with that one at the same time. Much of the design choices had already been made since we wanted all of the bathrooms to be similar. Again, Barb had some great insight and, while all three bathrooms are very similar, she was able to give each a unique look/feel that is wonderful. We are very pleased with our new rooms. After the first experience, we had the opportunity to recommend Barb to some friends and had no reservations about doing so. We'd certainly will talk to her again if we have any other design questions or projects.

Barbara Turns from Designer Kitchen and Baths went above and beyond to help me with repairs to a leaking shower that was well past any normal warranty period. I mean way, way, way past a time frame that any other contractor would honor. When the shower started leaking through the wall a handyman had come in as a favor to me and quite honestly made a mess of things by ripping shower tiles, the shower surround, and a water damaged cabinet out. When he saw how involved repairs would be he suggested I call the original installer. It had been so many years since Designer Kitchen and Bath had completed the project I had not even considered calling them. Barbara came out and was so kind. I am a 100% disabled veteran on a very limited income. She only charged me the cost of whatever materials were needed for repair. The biggest cost being that the handyman damaged the shower surround when he took them out and I needed a new glass surround. Labor was free on both the shower and the repair/re-installation of the adjoining side wood cabinet. This saved me thousands. Barbara also sent her repairmen to help me with other issues in the house at a very reasonable cost. I am so thankful that she came to my aid when my chips were down. Designer Kitchen and Bath gets an A++++++++ rating from me.

Highly recommend. Aaron was able to completely redesign our kitchen, while staying within our budget. If you are looking for someone that pays attention to detail, this is the company. He noticed that our builder took shortcuts in the configuration of our cabinets, and that things were off center. Multiple companies that bid our project never noticed. Had we gone with other people's ideas, we would have likely noticed too late, and after the investment. Aaron took the time to help me locate hardware that I had seen on Pinterest (with no link, or company name). He searched through countless brochures, and located them. Unfortunately we are relocating, but the redesigned kitchen and bar that he installed were well worth it. We loved it, and we received a full price offer on our home because of the remodel.

We just had our master bathroom completely renovated and upgraded by Designer Kitchens and Bath. We interviewed 3 contractors before choosing them and feel we made the best choice. Their quote was competitive, free, and accurate. The work was started and completed on time. The sub-contractors were experienced, professional and courteous. Barbara is very accessible should you have any concerns along the way. We were completely satisfied with the work and plan to use Designer Kitchens and Bath again in the future. Highly recommended.
